Zoals u weet wordt elk jaar weer de EPC-norm aangescherpt. Deze norm-verandering vraagt voor een andere aanpak bij het luchtdicht bouwen. Niet alleen deze norm is van belang. Werk wordt sneller uitgevoerd en mag niet stil liggen met slecht weer. Onze producten dragen bij aan een efficiëntere werkwijze.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Om de markt in deze vraag te voorzien introduceren we een drie nieuwe producten, specifiek voor het luchtdicht bouwen.
Producten voor het luchtdicht bouwen:
Cantex LDP-1000 is een luchtdichte purschuim getest tot 1000 Pa, concurrentie is niet hoger getest dan 650 Pa. Dankzij zijn elasticiteit kan het permanent significante bewegingen van zijn component opvangen, bijv. als gevolg van temperatuurschommelingen. De hoge hechtsterkte voorkomt kraken. Hierdoor worden de optimale geluids- en isolerende eigenschappen op de lange termijn onderhouden. Door de speciale samenstelling kan het product tot -10°C verwerkt worden en is het bestand tegen verrotting.
Cantex LDM-300 is een luchtdichte rubber die vanuit de buitenzijde van de constructie wordt verwerkt. Het product kan vanaf 3°C en zelfs met regen verwerkt worden.
Cantex LDR-100 is een aangepaste, dikkere variant vloeibaar rubber, speciaal ontwikkeld voor het luchtdicht afdichten van naden en kieren. Dit universele product kan vanuit de binnenzijde van de constructie worden verwerkt. Een afdichting aan de binnenzijde heeft een aantal specifieke voordelen. Allereerst is de verwerker minder afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Zelfs op regenachtige dagen ligt het proces niet stil en kan het luchtdicht bouwen gewoon doorgaan. Daarnaast hoeft er minder gewerkt te worden vanaf de steiger, wat het verwerkingsproces een stuk versneld. Deze besparing in arbeidsuren vertaald zich voor de aannemer weer terug in een kostenbesparing over het gehele project. LDR-100 is zo geformuleerd, dat stuc- en spuitwerk er op hecht. Het product kan worden ingezet op vrijwel alle plaatsen waar luchtlekkage een probleem vormt en is uiterst divers. Met een rekbaarheid van 1200%, een herstellend vermogen van 95% en een UV-bestendigheid voor een periode van 40 tot 45 jaar, garanderen wij de beste oplossing voor het luchtdicht bouwen. Testresultaten
Om de kwaliteit van de LDR-100 en de applicatie te waarborgen, hebben we een uitgebreide test laten uitvoeren door SHR in Wageningen. SHR is specialist op het gebied van water- en luchtafdichting. De resultaten van dit onderzoek waren uitzonderlijk positief.
